Starting Anew

It’s fair to say that the past 30 or so days of my life have been a complete whirlwind.  On December 3, 2011, I married my wonderful Gentleman in a small family-only ceremony, and on December 7, 2011 I moved my last belongings away from my beloved hometown to join The Gentleman in our home in the country.  I’ve spent the balance of 2011 alternately basking in the newness of married life and grappling with government entities like the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Army to change my identity while juggling a mass of service cancellations and transfers.

Somewhere in the midst of this tangle of activity, I resolved to let an old friend slip away.  My blog, Miss-ology, which really has occupied a space in my heart like a friend, will retire gracefully this month and give way to Notice the Dirt.  And, I’m so excited to have the opportunity to keep the best parts of Miss-ology and marry them with some new touches that seemed to be missing.

I’ve loved every new journey God’s taken me on lately and I’m excited to share my steps – including the dirty ones – along the way.  Thanks for walking with me!
